Google seems to have gotten ahead of itself. The official Android account on Twitter tweeted a picture of the "Pixel Buds A-Series" and said the earbuds "have arrived" this afternoon, as reported by 9to5Google and others. And for the fact that they haven't. The Pixel Buds A-Series is yet to be officially announced by Google, although they are supposed to be cheaper than the regular $179 edition.

The tweet, which also listed Google's new buds' "quality sound and fast Bluetooth pairing," has since been removed. While Google has a history of simply tweeting out upcoming items, this appears to be a mistake.
